Encounter 2023

Camp is only a few weeks away! Full payment for camp is due by May 31.

To make payments, go to https://brazosmeadows.org and in the top-right corner, select the Giving link. Once on the Giving page, scroll down to the blue Give Now box. Enter the amount of payment in the Amount box, choose Youth Camp from the Fund box, and click the continue button to be taken to the payment method page. Once you have entered your payment method information, click the Give button and you are done!

If you want to pay with cash, you can take it to the church office Monday-Thursday from 9 AM-4 PM. Be sure to place the money in an envelope with the student’s name and write Youth Camp on the front. You can also bring cash to Clayton, Alicia, or Boyce on Wednesdays or Sundays.

Please do not let money be the reason your student does not go with us to camp! If money is a concern, please reach out to us as soon as possible!
